From their famous green chile strips and margaritas to traditional enchiladas and sizzling fajitas, they serve you with a friendly face and at-home feel. Casa Blanca started out as a private residence, built in the 1950s, one of the first homes constructed Mechem Drive. The property was sold and converted into a restaurant in 1983 and over the years it has been added on to and transformed into its current layout.
